Choriqueso
This is a traditional Mexican dish, in its basic version, with loads of melted cheese and chorizo sausage.
As I mentioned, Nachos are versatile, here some ideas of extra toppings:
Preheat over to 375°F
Spread evenly one bag of Mi Cocina corn chips on a rectangular deep baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 ½ cups of mozzarella cheese on top of the corn chips.
Evenly, layer the second bag of corn chips.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 ½ cups of mozzarella cheese.
Bake until the cheese is melty, approximately 20 mins.
Take out of the oven and add the green onions, tomatoes and black olives.
Serve with Mi Cocina’s Salsa Medium Chipotle or any of MI Cocina’a salsa of your choice.
